Looking for Colocation in/near Dallas, TX

Here is what I need:
- 1U space
- 2-3 amps @ 120 V (Two plugs preferred but one is acceptable)
- 1 Gbps port (Unmetered bandwidth preferred, but at minimum 10 TB )
- Additional port for OOB (Dell iDRAC) on a separate network
- At least 5 usable IPv4 addresses (/29 is fine)
- Ability to drop server off rather than ship (don't want to pay shipping or risk server getting damaged in transit)

Looking to also get a good deal on this so the cheaper the better! I'm also happy to consider offers from individuals, a hosting company is not a necessity
