Looking for dedicated Server Admins-Mods

Hello! My name is Caleb or Lumpkinz I am looking for dedicated server admins and moderators. My server name is MahaloMc.
My server is based around four gamemodes, five worlds in total. (Hub, KitPvP, EmeraldEco, Factions, UHC.) I would like to have multiple moderators for all four gamemodes sixteen in total, whom would be active for at least ten hours a week. I'd also like to have seven Admins, one for each and every gamemode, and one that watches the hub periodically. The last two would be my runner ups and would help me out with all of the server.
Experience:
If you have experience in server management, spotting hackers, keeping an eye out for advert/spam in chat, then you should be able to apply for staff. Each staff member will given a certain amount of commands. Moderators would receive: /Kick <player> <reason>, /Ban <player> <reason>, /fly, all kits and a few others than I could work in later. Admins would have access to most commands. May have access to op.

All of the other worlds have not been made yet, we have plugins for KitPvP and the Hub. I NEED dedicated staff, eventually payments will be handed out if the server makes the money to afford that.
