Looking for a developer to develop a plugin that functions similar if not exactly like the one on FadeCloud's hub.

I'm sure you have seen it, but if not, it is just simply floating particles that are falling on-screen.

Additionally, there are also other plugins I am looking to get developed, but those are after this initial project.
