Looking for Developer that can custom code bungee plugins!

Hello, Im Buzz.

I currently have a soon releasing minecraft server and I am looking for some minecraft developers to custom code a Staff Chat plugin, a plugin that tells other staff member's when a staff joins and leaves a server, and a /activity plugin (/activity would track the staff member's activity of the day, week, and month)

Update:
Still require a developer for /activity (tracks daily, weekly, and monthly activity), and also requires to reset every end of month, including feb 28th, and the 30th's or 31st's
