we are looking for experienced or medium skill level JAVA , WEB and LWJGL Developers to contribuite to EditCore creation.

Devs are payed from profit of the platform. before the launch they are volounteer but they 'll have premium services , Vps or plans on every tools needed to develop.
Previous build tools or plugin experience or World Edit API knowledge is always appreciated.

The profit percentage it's provided when the platform sells , as we want a stable dev team and not individuals that just get payed to make a work and then left.

I was trying to make you understand that people will not be interested in working for someone who does not even tell them how much they will win in an ironic way.

My comment is an exaggeration to what you have previously written: "I do not want to work for a company that only wants money and just leaves the project if it does not make money".
