Looking for developers that can work on my hcf server

Hey MCM,
I own a HCF server along with a couple other people called HeroicMC, we are currently in development and plan on opening late October. I don't have much money but what I'm really am looking for are devs that want to help Heroic not devs that just want money. I understand its a lot of work and that is why they will be paid but they must understand I am on a budget and there payment wont be huge. Also if you want to work as a volunteer that is fine too!
the only requirements I have is that the dev understand how HCF works, they actually do know how to code plugins and they are friendly. I'm accepting more than 1 Dev!
