It depends on the plugin and it will probaly be a weekly pay or a monthly I am still thinking about that

You haven't provided any information; what will the pay be like, what size plugins are needed making, will they need to come on the server, etc. etc.

Paid* As other users have said, I don't believe you pass your own requirement of being at least 16 years of age.

Also, you don't seem very knowledgeable in plugin development and so, suggests to me that the development won't be paid much or even at all.
