This would be because we want to have the strongest plugins. We don't want ANY of of our plugins being used by outsiders because they could get the jar files and see the weaknesses.

The developer who made the permission plugin is very experienced, when you find a developer here he won't be able to make it that detailed, you will get in trouble later with updating the plugins etc, not compatible with other plugins.

Hey, We want people experienced with git but we have now found 4 Devs that are working in a team. We no longer need more Devs
