Looking for Experienced Staff: Developers and Builders

Hello, I am CamManCraft and I am developing a 1.12 Minecraft Server. The staff that I currently have are too lazy and not working as much as I would like so I would love to have some people who are willing and dedicated to help me develop, build, and/or administrate the server.

The Server is called TheCaveMC Network and the server aims to be a multi-gamemode server that includes Survival, Creative, KitPvp, and Minigames. I do not plan on making this server bungee as I am already paying enough for the server host itself. Right now, we still need to make hub/spawn worlds for the main spawn and other worlds such as Survival, as well as other features such as crates, shops, voting, mcmmo, etc.

I'm a little confused, you're having survival, creative, kitpvp and mini-games but you're not bungeecording your server? How does that work?

Also, your staff are "lazy and not working as much as you would like" but you're not paying them? And I am going to assume your server is either only just released, with no player base, or hasn't released yet so you can't expect your Staff to work flawlessly for you.

Also, to add, not many Developers would be willing to develop you that many gamemodes for free. You will get a few Developers that will do you the odd job but I doubt anyone will take up a full time job.

I have a few friends that are helping me on the server, but its not that many people, so that's why I'm looking for other people that are interested in helping out. This is my 7th server that I have tried to make with a successful player-base, but all the past ones has failed.

In regards to the multiple gamemodes, I use Multiverse where I can create multiple worlds where players can play each gamemode.

I do not plan on spending more money on the server until the server gets a steady income as I do not make that much in the first place. Thank you.

Minecraft Servers are quite the hefty investment, with the highest costs being builds, development and advertising (and management in the long-term). I admire your attitude and wish you the best of luck, however, be aware if you want to really start growing, you will need to have a reasonably high budget!
