My name is Rama, (or growingg), and I'm Looking for a few experienced staff to work pro-bono for 2-3 months on a new project of mine. I'm launching a factions server, and am looking for the following positions:
- Admin / SysAdmin x 2
- Light Developer
- Pre-Release Growth Manager
- Moderator
I have had years of server owning experience, but none of my servers have been seriously "successful." I'm looking to put together the right team and work together to create a fun and successful project. I am open to new ideas, and love hearing constructive criticism. I am definitely not a control freak, Lol.
Regarding Payment: I like having a small yet dedicated team, and for a considerably long period of time. I'll agree to begin payments for staff members after 2-3 months of pro-bono work, if possible. Special arrangements may be made, such as non-financial agreements, trades, etc.
I know I don't have much to bargain with, however I can guarantee one thing: Having a fun experience creating a great server.
