Hello everyone,
I am 7899. I have a potential project in mind that i feel is unique enough to have a significant effect on the player experience on Minecraft, especially on the way players and communities interact and engage with the game. This proposed project involves one of several things, this would be automatic server deployment. Thinking of already established businesses, such as Aternos or Minehut, there is a significant amount of players who use them for their ease of use towards creating Minecraft server for their own personal use, whether that be SMPs, hosting communities or so on. This idea not only takes this idea as a foundation, but adds the availability of exclusive features which have not been deployed before in this space (from what i have seen or asked around about), ranging from readily-made maps to interaction which recreates that fulfilling player experience that has been long looked for, especially in a game such as MC.

What does the idea look like?
Now for reasons, i can not go into it thoroughly on a public forum, but thus far it is similar to what i have said previously, including a wide variety of maps, game modes and features which allows player-hosted servers to take it to a new level. This means that it is not only about how the players can find easier ways to host servers for their own personal use, but about how these servers are used and the content within them. How could we ensure that players continue to engage enough with the game in order to ensure a consistent and fulfilling experience. That's how i propose to answer this question with this idea.

What am i looking for thus far?
I am looking for a potential co-owner to help me develop the sufficient competent team and infrastructure behind this project in order for it to be executed successfully. I have not participated in the server scene, not since around 2019, so my connections in this case either have left the scene or do not know anyone who could take on this project successfully, and for myself, i have been busy so i am not considerably aware on how the MC community has changed and what they are looking for, which is why i am currently looking into a potential co-owner/partner to help drive this project to the level it deserves. However, there are a few criteria i am looking for in order to see if we are a right fit, and have the capabilities necessary in order to build this project into the vision it could be.

  • Active Contributor/Investor (this does not mean you are the only one investing capital into this project, but if you are willing to, this would be significant towards some of the capital i have prepared towards this project.)
  • Expertise (Preferably have knowledge or connections into the following spaces, such as Game Servers, Hosting or have had some form of managerial experience in a business/project involved within the space and can go through how you may have contributed towards that role, and the outcomes, as well as preferably having a network of similar people needed in order to build a consistent and level project team.)
  • Innovator (likes to take things to the next level, and has the capacity towards taking ideas or theories beyond the minimum discussion.)

That's all i have so far, if you would like to learn more or are interested, but also are just looking to give general feedback. I am happy to be DMed at 7899._ on Discord. This idea is only a concept thus far and i have engaged with several people on feedback on how to make this idea better, but i am willing to take on more opinions in this case.

Ideas are worth nothing. Execution is everything. You have to remember that 99% of players are short term players, so having something too niche or complex might not have the potential to grow. Minehut and Aternos are very simple, that's why they're popular
