Looking for Fulltime Artist

Hello!

My name is Nannerss (or Brighton), and I am currently beginning the development of a new server. One of the most important parts of a server is, of course, the art. It's what attracts new players and what makes the server look professional. I am currently in need of a full-time artist for my server. You will be paid on a monthly basis and will be expected to deliver quality work when needed (Typically 2-3 drawings every month as we'll have content updates every few weeks). Ideally, I am looking for someone who isn't currently working with any other networks and plans to stay as long as they're needed.

Requirements:
- Must be 16 or older.
- Must have some experience with drawing.
- Must be able to deliver quality artwork when needed.
- Must have Discord for communication and collaboration purposes.

Bonuses:
- Have done work like this before.
- Have 2+ years of experience in drawing Minecraft characters/items.
