Running server with friend (lavaoverwater)
Hey guys, I am currently looking for a coder to develop for an hcf server I am doing. I am paying for a person to work on the server and get us updates when needed.

I am offering you around $25-$50 (depending how good it is.) I will be paying you once the plugin is done and tested by me on your test server. If I like it well enough I will send you the money and you will send me the plugin.
If you feel like you want me to pay upfront first. It won't happen. The reason I do this is because whenever I pay upfront first, people have no motivation on the plugin. The most I will do is pay 10-20% of the price we negotiated first.

You may think I'm a scammer because I am new to MCM, but that is just because I am actually new :p.

To show I am somewhat legit I have a youtube here that you could use as leverage if I were to "scam" which will no happen.

The plugin alone will not cost those numbers. Putting the whole thing together with advertising and such will. I also found someone selling it for 10-80 dollars depending on the complexity.

$25-50 per plugin.. Nah, what if you wanted a completely custom AntiCheat. That's DEFINITELY out of that range. You should consider paying the developer on a monthly basis and much, much more than 25-50... Almost no one will agree to having their pay per plugin.

That was a starting price. We found a coder with 5 years experience for $80. Now we are looking for an anticheat coder.
