1. Someone who have core and know to setup hcf server.

2. Someone that is great with plugins.

3. Someone that has experience in server making and has made servers before.

4. Someone that knows people like coders, builders, youtubers, etc

5. Someone who is 15+ years old.

That is not the point of having a partner for your server. You both must contribute the same amount of effort and experience, you're pretty much saying, I'll do all the easy work and you can do all the hard work while I can just kick back and relax
