Hey! I'm looking for a head developer for my unique skyblock server. You would be in charge of:

• Overseeing development projects
• Creating Custom plugins
• Configuring complex plugins
• Assigning Tasks to other devs/configurators
• Reviewing code and helping other developers
• Working on the back end

Tbh i dont think you will find a full time candidate for $100/m, maybe try upping the budget or hiring based on comissions.... sure you may find someone but its probably not very experiences person
