Looking For Ideas For My Faction Server!

Hello, Today im looking for some ideas for my faction server that people in the community would want , any ideas used will be given the second rank on the server. The server will be hosted on a 16GB OVH dedicated server!

Why use a 16GB OVH Server for a starting out factions server?
Get some cool custom features that other servers don't have.
Make sure your staff are mature enough to handle their position.
Only give operator to people you trust.
Don't make the players feel uncomfortable by talking to them to much.
Get a lot of free/paid advertising
