Looking for long-time partnership

Hi i am Karol and i am looking for long time partnership. I am experienced java and kotlin developer, for about 3 years.

Something about me:

I live in Poland so my time zone is GMT+1. As i mentioned my experience in coding isn't short so i know what I am doing.
I am looking for long time partnership with some server, because short times partnerships are just not for me. I can't find myself in short-times.

My requirements are:

Client with brain.
Server with budget and not braindead staff thats all
