Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff team
  • Handle Discord/community operations
  • Plan events
  • Help with advertising campaigns
  • Contact influencers and voting sites
  • Give growth ideas for launch
  • Organize tickets, reports, and player feedback

Requirements:
  • Experience with Factions or PvP servers
  • Proof of past work
  • Professional communication
  • Active and reliable
  • No console access needed at the start
