I'm looking for someone who might be interested in building and running a Minecraft server together.
A little about me: I have owned a server before, and while I absolutely loved the experience, it ultimately didn't succeed. Looking back, I know a big reason was that I still had (and still have) a lot to learn. I'm pretty green when it comes to coding, configuring plugins, and the more technical side of server management. That said, I'm incredibly motivated to learn, and I'd love to find someone who's willing to teach while we build something together.
I'm not looking for someone to do all the work. I want a true partner, someone who enjoys brainstorming ideas, creating a great community, solving problems together, and building something we're both proud of for the long haul.
My goal isn't to throw together another server that disappears in a few months. I want to create something sustainable with an active, welcoming community that people genuinely enjoy being a part of.
If we decide we're a good fit and eventually monetize the server, I'd be completely open to sharing everything 50/50. More than anything, I'm looking for someone who wants to invest in building a team rather than just another project.
