Looking for Paid Developer

Just to clarify off the bat, when I say paid, you wont be getting paid THAT much to begin with. As the server grows, your wage will with it. We are offering around $15-20/month at this point in time.

We need a minecraft developer who is well versed in Java, can create custom plugins and maybe has access to a few premium plugins. You need to be able to be active as well (that's the biggest point)!

You cannot provide premium resources on more servers, that is violating TOS.
Also, I think you mistyped your wage, I guess you meant $15-20/hour.
