An Introduction to Myself

Hello. I am a Minecraft content creator who goes by the name JoofyLooby. Since December of 2020, I’ve been creating Minecraft videos on TikTok and have amassed over 1.5 million followers. During 2021, I was posting nearly every single day on TikTok and reposting my videos onto YouTube shorts (my channel name is JoofyShorts). Starting in 2022, I have shifted my focus to creating long-form videos on my main YouTube channel.

My Problem

With school starting up for me and my focus shifting to long-form YouTube videos, I don’t have time to create TikTok-style videos on a regular basis.

What am I looking for?

I am looking for a person who is very passionate about Minecraft and who is willing to take the role of a Minecraft content creator. I want to completely outsource the process of creating TikTok videos to another person, or a group of other people. This process will include scriptwriting, filming gameplay, and editing. The only thing that I want to be in charge of is sending over my voiceover for the script.

My Exact Vision

I want somebody to be in charge of basically the entire content creation process for my TikTok and YouTube Shorts’ videos. I will be the general director for video ideas, but the rest of the creative process will be completely up to the discretion of the hired manager. I will have a set schedule of video formats to post for a week, and the manager will make scripts for all of these videos. Once a script is approved and voiced-over by me, the manager will start filming the video, and then edit it, making it completely prepared to post. Here is my current list of potential video formats and ideas:

• Minecraft “How to”
• Minecraft “Seed Review”
• Minecraft “Building/Redstone Tutorial”
• Minecraft “Build Battle”
• Minecraft “Crazy Seeds”

The hired manager will also be able to submit video format ideas of their own,

Compensation

Here is my offer for anybody that is interested in this position (this is minimally negotiable at this time):

$300 per month OR 25% of revenue from TikTok Creator Fund, YouTube Shorts Fund, and YouTube Adsense from JoofyShorts (whichever is higher) PLUS 1 YouTube Channel or 1 TikTok Account shoutout in description of every video produced by the hired manager.
