Looking for patient and trustworthy staff

Good Day

I run a small towny server and am looking for patient and trustworthy staff. I have seen a lot of people that state they are professionals and have managed huge networks etc... We are not seeking that but rather someone with a kind heart who actually loves the game.

There are various positions both free and paid (Helper, Mod and Admin) available however I would like to get into a voice chat with any applicants to gain a better understanding of who they are and how they would handle a particular situation.

If you have a chip on your shoulder or tend to get offended by what players say easily please do not contact me as it will only waste both our time, however if you are a genuine and honest person I would love to make contact with you.

Can you describe what each of the requested positions would be doing? And which ones are paid?

I believe you should know what the 3 listed positions should be doing considering they all are the same with just higher and higher permissions within the server. But also yes, which are paid and which are not? Please let us know.

Apologies I only just woke up now. I am in the GMT+2 timezone so I am looking for staff that are based or can work in the US timezone.

Helpers and Junior Moderators are voluntary.
Senior Moderators and the Staff Manager are paid positions.
We have already filled the Admin position.

This being said I would not place someone in paid position without at least a week of voluntary work to see if they are a match for my players and vice versa. I have hired people before that had amazing vouches in the past but it takes a few days to see if the small community and the staff member are a match.
