a) Have previous experience in moderation, which could be proven useful in training new moderator.
B) Increase interaction of moderator team with player base.
c) Maintain the order of the server.
d) Make sure that the work assigned should be completed in time.
What would I like to see on a server you worked on?
Many servers that I worked on had a good start but soon all of them started running after the money and not helping in maintaining the server, no new ideas where generated so many players left, I want this server to grow and earn but at the same time always be creative so we attract more players.
