SMP for no more than 15 players
Im thinking 4gb of ram. (multi worlds)

Can pre-pay for extended periods of times if its from a reputable shop.

located in Africa so any hosting with centers here is a plus. (completely open to elsewhere)

Africa as a whole is quite a rare region do to the immense cost of bandwidth and infrastructure. Is there a specific region you would choose as a second choice? (eg, europe, asia, America)
