Looking for someone to make a custom Quest plugin for my minecraft server.

Hello! My partner and I own a Minecraft server and we are interested in having someone develop a custom user-friendly quest plugin. Similar (but not completely) to Wynncraft's progression based quests. We would like to see if anyone is able to do this for us. We are familiar with
"Quests!" and "Quests Creator" on Spigot but are not completely satisfied with them. We want something unique to new players and we are willing to spend whatever it takes to accomplish these results. Please message me if interested. If you have what it takes to develop such a plugin, PLEASE! By all means, send me a message and we can talk more. This server is still in development but we would like to have someone start working on this plugin as soon as possible. TIA Discord:

Since I am asking for a plugin that is similar to Wynncraft, I know that it would be a pretty difficult task to accomplish (correctly). If your friend is capable of developing this plugin I'd be more than willing to pay ANY appropriate price. As long as it is reasonable for both him/her and me.
