Hello there! I'm an admin on a spiffy survival server. For now I'm refraining to release the name of the server to help weed out people using ip's on here to spam with advertising bots. If you are to inquire about the ip in private messages with me then I will ofc release it.
We have been up for over 2 months. We're very stable so far as money and support and our players average about 60+ a day and 100+ on weekends. The community we have is actually from a popular server that shut down and it's owner was nice enough to forward it's ip to us and give us the player files so all the players could keep their ranks.
Before I tell you the time zones we are looking for let me tell you about the server.
We are a PVE survival server with pvp only enabled in the nether with our PVP arena.
We have plugins like SlimeFun, Exotic Gardens, Cosmetics, RentPlugin, MobArena, MCMMO and other basic plugins like StairChairs, PlayerVaults, ChestShop, ChatReaction and Lottery. Our land claim system is golden spade and chest protection is with Lockette.
Our player ranking is a 13 tier level with lowest to highest being; Earthly, Zenith, Spectral, Lunar, Stellar, Nebular, Galactic, Supernova, Titan, Mythic, Ethereal, Divine and Cosmic. The ranks are sky/fantasy based but the rest of the server doesn't really follow a theme at all.
We have tons of confirmed plans to expand the server in the future such as a creative server and adventure server but being as we are 2 months in we've not had the chance to get too much done.
Back to the reason we are here though!
We run our staff system based off Trainee>Helper>Mod>Admin, with ofc roles like Tech and Builder, but we are mainly needing staff in time zones such as; European, Asian and Aus/NZ. (UCT+2 - UCT+12) A large majority of staff is American, as well as myself and the owner, and we'd just like to have a few more staff members who can be active in those time zones so we aren't short handed on staff at night.(UTC-6)
WE NEED; Someone who can dedicate time, someone who has a passion for helping. This person also needs to be trustworthy, patient and ofc mature. We wouldn't mind someone who could be vocal in our server teamspeak either as we have a very friendly community, ts.auravale.net. We don't really care about age but we would prefer hiring people over 16. Being older just means it is more likely you are mature to the degree we need.
