Looking For Staff | LeafMC

Hello, I'm currently looking for around 5 people (more later on) to help me manage/moderate my server. The server is currently not released and all work done so far was done by me (except my spawn which I payed for). Its a faction server with a couple premium plugins/spigot plugins.

I'm currently on holiday so I dont have any images to show you, sorry.

Im only looking for admins and moderators, however later on I'll be looking for more. I'm not looking for anyone who can develop plugins or who can configure plugins because I can do that.

Manager: A manager is solo job ( meaning there will be only one manager ), you will be in charge of staff applications, promotions and demotions. You will be choosing staff, then forwarding them to me (more will be explained in the job description).

Admins: Admins will be one of the highest staff ranks on the server, there will be around 4 admins with a 'Senior Admin'. Your job as an admin will be to deal with hackers, ban appeals, staff applications and helping me.

Mods: Mods are one of the most important staff members. You will be moderating the chat and dealing with hackers. However you will

Would not suggest finding staff on mcmarket, unless you're looking for some extremely immature staff, or willing to pay money for the good ones.

Just noting this for earmark, will write up an application for the manager position when I get home, you'll see I am one of the most qualified for the position and need something else to do besides running VaporServers as I still have alot of free time

Can you provide more information about the server, like how you're going to get players on the server (what type of advertisement) and if you plan to get more game modes on the server in the future like Prison or Skyblock etc.

I would, but there's a possibility that people will steal these ideas.

The advertisement idea is solid though. its like a 80% success rate

Prior experience?(explain): Well, I have owned a server before, and was admin on 2 other. The server I owned brought in about 100 dollars usd a month, I made 2 thousand dollars total. On the other server I have Administered, I was the #1 in my group, Btw, it was technically 1 server, but the first owner had to leave for collage, so he passed it down to his bro, and the same thing happend to him. So the server is now currently closed

Why should I choose you?: You should choose me because of my over-qualified experience and dedication to minecraft. I am a very good team player, and know when it's time to punish someone.
Specialities: I would say that my specialities are that I can never get bored of minecraft. You will never see me up and resign from my position. Also, I would say that I am very good with plugin related questions and am very friendly. I get along with members and hopefully the staff team.
