Hey! I'm Dev, an experienced staff and server manager who has worked in the Minecraft server space for over 6 years! Throughout my time in the community, I have moderated, managed, programmed, and owned servers of all sizes and helped grow their communities into the best they possibly can be. I strive to put passion and commitment into any project I take on - going above and beyond to ensure any Minecraft community is a welcoming space for all players, and encourage new growth on both staff and community aspects.
After a brief hiatus from the community to focus on my studies, I am returning to the server scene, and as such I am looking for an active server to help out on. I am offering these services entirely free of charge, and simply want to return to staffing on modern Minecraft whilst assisting a server that shares my passion for community and growth.

Strong knowledge of rule systems, in-game commands, cheats and modifications, and community relations
Strong team-building skills with other staff members
Unbiased rules enforcement that prioritize the community
Professionalism & transparency
Staff Management
Recruiting, interviewing and training new staff members
Developing team hierarchy and delegating tasks
Staff document & guidelines writing
Keeping staff engaged and fostering a sense of belonging within the team
Handle conflicts within the team professionally and efficiently
Community Management
Actively engaging with the community to incorporate opinions and allow everyone's voice to feel heard
Develop & host in-game or discord events for community engagement
Handle appeals / reports in a timely and professional manner
Server Management
4+ years of experience with Java programming / spigot API & plugin development (Can offer basic development services for free when needed)
Configuration & staff plugin setup for maximum efficiency and ease of access for staff members
Skilled in backend development and Linux system administration
Monitoring in-game for bugs and keeping the server looking neat and professional
Discord administration and setup
What I am NOT looking for in a server:
Entry-level / junior positions
Non-team oriented servers / those not open to change
Inactive / stalled servers
Servers that use generative AI
