Terra Imperium is set in Medieval Europe where players can form towns, nations, and develop their cities with the opportunity of roleplaying with one another and developing diplomatic or militant relationships. We are looking for staff over the age of 18 with experience in administrating and managing a Minecraft server to assist us with the creation of the project. The server is in its very very early stages and we are looking for like-minded individuals to assist us with coming with original ideas and features that will adhere to a wide range of Minecraft players.

Moderators (Server & Discord) (4)
Requirements:
Must be over the age of 18
Must pass an interview
Experience in collaborative server management/administration is an asset (Not required)
Experience in programming is an asset (Not required)
Responsibilities:
You will have to work alongside other individuals in a democratically managed council
You will have to plan and vote in council meetings
You will have to actively work on the project and not leave things for a long time (Let's all chip in so we don't have to rely on somebody who isn't working)
You will have to help come up with in depth ideas and features for the server
