Looking for Staff

Hey there everyone! My name is Blaze and I'm the Owner of a server that's about to be started and we are looking to hire some amazing new staff!

The Server
The server has been named as Dragon Realms and we have an amazing sponsor who is funding us a server to create it!
The aim for Dragon Realms is to be a friendly environment for people to play and gather, a server that hosts a variety of different gamemodes that people can play, from Prison, to Skyblock, to SMP to Minigames, and hopefully one day to offer custom minigames and experiences to the user that they won't find anywhere else!
But for now, all we have is a goal and a server, so I'm here looking for a team to back up my ambitions and be as excited as I am for this!

Open Positions
Currently there are a fair few positions that are open and need filling up as this is the first time recruiting, here are the open positions:

- Moderator: Your job will be to keep the server happy and safe and look after it while the Owners are offline, currently we are hiring ~2 Mods
- Builder: You will be part of a team who are responsible for creating a beautiful looking server and creating the worlds in which the members will live
- Developer: Do you have knowledge of Java? Want to code for a new server? Great! We need developers to help us give that custom feel to our server with custom features and minigames later on down the line
- Graphic Designer: We have a logo but it's not the best, so we are looking for someone who is good at online graphic design and can help us design a better logo and create digital work for us to add to the server

I should say all this positions are currently voluntary, however, there is a chance that these could become paid further on down the line
