Hey there, I'm TailiMTO!

Me and my partner have recently started working on a Semi-Vanilla Survival Server in hopes of expanding into a Network in the future. So far we have payed a group of Developers to setup the whole server for us. That's done. But now we need some other person/people to be our general Developers, making sure the server is working well, fixing bugs and optimizing the server. Some basic development work is needed.
Right now I need help setting up some other plugins (Voting, LuckPerms etc).

We are in need of some Volunteer Developers (This means that it is not a paid job), however if you would be more consistent and wanting to help out the server even more. We would consider paying you monthly for your work. We would discus everything later.

But mainly, if you are a experienced person that wants to join a staff group and help out with a Server that will be popular in the future. Please consider joining us!

INTERESTED?

Volunteer Developers !? I thought it was just a myth, or they just extinct out like the dinosaurs.
What are you talking about?

I would argue that you give at least a small expense allowance. As Pyzem Studios has already been stated, no one will work for you like this for free, even if it is only light work. If you're really short on capital, then learn the skills yourself.

This isn't even remotely true. I ran a project with about 12 developers working for me for free, you just need to find the right people.
I doubt you've found all the developers on BuiltByBit.

Good luck. First, find 12 people doing work for free as long as you're not known.

It's just a fact that there are more people who would do the job when it's paid.

I'm working for free, for 2 big minecraft servers (Advancius.net) for the past 2 years, with 5 other developers, its not always about money, or anything, just having fun doing what you like
