Update:
I have been getting offers from ppl and I have viewed lots of option. But no one has a server for me to look at. And most ppl are asking for thousands for dlls in funds per month. I was not looking for a massive project. My budget is small but I figured with a partner we could do more. I have decided to start building my own server at my own speed and go from there.

Hello all,

I am looking to partner up with someones and help on a server. I don't want to start from zero but am looking to get in on the ground floor. Looking for a partner that knows what they are doing and has a plan.

About me:
I am an adult with a day job so just be aware I work M-F. But the good news for you is I have a steady income XD. But I play most nights and weekends.
I have been playing MC for several years (to say the least). I owned a server several years ago and kept it running for about 5 years. It did pretty well until I had to focus my attention elsewhere (personal reasons). Been looking to get back into the game but with all the updated I need something that has a little more experience then I.

If I am a Co-Owner:
I will help with monthly expenses and and we can share profits as well as responsibilities.
I learn quickly so I can help with plugins and other administrative duties.

What I like:
I am looking for a survival / Towny style server. Something friendly where players (including me) can log on and just build. I like PvE, Towny, economy, mcmmo etc.. These are my personal preferences but I am open to most kinds of server. Just let me know.
