I would't do business with Togglinq. His partner Sulium, scammed me off for $850 when I was purchasing his other server "SmoothPvP". Togglinq, his partner contacted me through skype and offered me a refund IF I cancelled my dispute. I said I want the refund first and then I will cancel the dispute. He said this:
