Looking to buy a server with a decent player base

Hello,

Me and a partner of mine are starting a minecraft donation webstore service similar to BuyCraft and Enjin and I want to buy a server that has already been established and has a decent player base to test our services and use as our official server. I would like a server that has minimum OPFactions and 2 other popular gamemodes (for which I am willing to see what they are as i'm open to a lot of choices). I am willing to discuss prices with people that reply and have quality servers. Please read below for a couple of my requirements:

-DO NOT reply if your total active player base is under 120 players
-DO NOT reply if your server has a overused hub/spawn from popular minecraft sites
-MUST be 1.8/1.9/1.10 friendly and require no mods
-MUST have permissions completely setup
-MUST include the website, all custom plugins source codes, the domain name, and any artwork
-PREFER, but optional that I can have all contacts of devs and artists

A couple notes:

I believe in player to server loyalty and don't plan on removing any current helpers/mods/admins from there positions unless i see them abusing or breaking rules.
I would like to make friends with the current staff, because I plan on having a good relationship with my staff whether they be current or new. I might change the name of the server somewhere down the line but I plan on keeping the server running for years to come.

Yes I am willing to go first, and I have plenty to support a server for 10+ years. I have owned many before and have had great success. Thank you for mentioning these things as they are important ;)

What's your budget? For a 120 playerbase server that's successful it'd potentially cost tens of thousands of dollars.

I have a decent budget, but It is my policy not to discuss financial information unless you are replying for a server you are selling. But to clear things up, I am aware of price ranges. I am not new to the minecraft community, nor the server owning community and undertand the expenses can get quite high. Thank you for your concern though :)

I don't have a huge player base, but it sure as hell will make one if you advertise. Custom OP-Prison.. actually custom... at least give it a view.

I will hop on to take a look, but one thing I have noticed is that it is not 1.8/1.9 friendly. But I will still take a look :)
