Hiya! I've been on mc-market for a while, and as of recently find myself without any standing/job to uphold.

So I'm looking to put my vast skills to use on hopefully an established server, my skills are:

• General Management
• Community Management
• General Moderation
• Advertising
• Plugin Development
• System Administration (Panel setup + maintaining)

Gamemode experience: Survival, RPG, Roleplay, Skyblock and Factions

About Me

My name is Dylan, and I'm British!
I am in my opinion quite a thoughtful person, my main drive when I'm working is being able to please, both the community and the colleagues I am working with.

My personality is usual quite shy when it comes to making friends, though I would like to mention that when it comes to work I am very upfront and hard working. I believe I have a strong capability for dealing with the most unsettling of users, including dealing with sensitive cases in which users commit unthinkable acts against others.

It may take us a little bit of time to get used to each other, but my work will still be impeccable.
