Low $4 budget, buying finished MC server with website

$4 can't get me much and I know that, but I'm broke right now. I am looking to buy a completed server (factions or kitpvp) with a website.

Some things I hope to get with this purchase:

• Custom IP [Ex. play.mcserver.com]
• Custom Website with custom domain (Not Enjin) [Ex. minecraftserver.com]
• Completed Ranks (Staff and Donator)
• Possible custom build map(s)
• 100% uptime
• Custom Plugins?
• Completed default permissions

Get the nulled, and on ggservers, you have the first 7 days of hosting free, so if you are able to just run a local host to get setup and stuff, then once you are ready, get the free seven days and hopefully you have good enough advertising to get it started.
