Duties & Care
As a Helper you are responsible for moderating chat across all our platforms, whilst maintaining a professional outcome of dealing with players questions and support they might seek.
As a Moderator you are also responsible for moderating chat across all our platforms. You are the next level of the staff team and an “actual staff member”, so you’ve gained additional responsibilities such as dealing with cheaters & more in the future.
As a Head Moderator you too also have the responsibility of moderating chat, dealing with cheaters, but additional responsibilities of handling trial moderators & moderators (Training them), dealing with ban & mute appeals.
As an Admin you are now a part of the management team. You are now in charge of running an entire gamemode with one other admin and the lead of said gamemode. You are responsible for making sure that the gamemode is top notch. Coming up with update ideas, features, hosting events, etc.
