Make a minimum giveaway $ limit

I see noobs giving away $0.01 set a minimum amount of like $1 please...

hm, then instead of setting a maximum, how about adding the 'require advertisement' to the same rule as 'requiring social media interaction'? That way, it doesn't look as stifling when it comes to the amount given away, but it still solved the problem.

The problem with setting a lower limit is the difference in valued money for different people.

While $1 isn't exactly a load of money, it might still be significant to someone. If the people sneakily getting ads in is so much of a problem for you, then ban that instead of setting a minimum for what people MUST give away.
I'm of the opinion that THAT also damages the spirit of giveaways, where you give back what you can. Setting a minimum to that comes across as greedy.

I honestly wouldn't mind entering a giveaway for 1 cent.
Even though it's such a small amount, it's still money. I say leave it as it is. If someone does a giveaway for $0.1 just don't enter if you don't want to participate. Don't ruin it for the people who don't mind having the chance of winning 1 cent.
