I am looking for a workout plan.
First off:
Our run days are on monday where it consists of a mile, para course (ex: do a lap then 20 pushups then another lap), and a 20 minute cardio which you do as many laps as you can.
Also finally I don’t have access to a gym nor any good at home equipment.

- I am 14 with no access to a gym
- No access to real equipment
- No access to any proper running track or treadmill
- Only running is at school during P.E.
