Make people specify what they want appraised

Hello.

I think there should be a rule for appraisals that you must say what you want an appraisal on in the title of the thread.

Examples of some thread titles that don't follow this include:
REALLY OG SOUNDCLOUD!?
Account Appraisal
Account appraisal
Some Accounts.
OG Account

It's just really annoying to have to click on a thread to see what people have to say rather than it being in the title.

This won't work with builds, I mean "4 portal hub" does not follow the thing you describe, but you can't really see its value from just a vague description.

That's very true.

This suggestion has too many things wrong with it to be worth implementing. Perhaps if the idea gets refined in the future or we add in a proper form for asking for appraisals then perhaps it would be worth it. For now I think I'll deny it.
