I think we should implement this, because if people have been here a while their points stack up and its for stuff they did a while ago.

They expire if they're set to expire (They have the option to do so when they're pushed.) You were just 'perm warned' by Ajdin

Warnings are pre-created and it's currently indeed set so that it never expires.

Every 10 warning points, you get banned temporarily. It starts off with a 3 day ban, after that 1 week, etc.
You'll be permanently banned when you hit 110 warning points which is a lot imo.

People should learn from their mistakes and not change their name to "Be.Bosny" to see what would happen. (What you did)

Yeah but what about the people who get warned for doing something they didn't even know was against the rules? They get a perm warning for not knowing everything?
Read the rules and then you will know! :p

That's why rules are there. You shouldn't get a warning for something that's not in the rules.

It's your task to stay up to date with these rules. We usually announce rule changes on twitter and during announcements.

There are a ton of rules. I bet not even you can name them all without going and looking at them rn.
I would agree with this, but I know he will hit the big ones right on the head.

It's mostly common sense.

If you're not being a toxic user and you're somewhat reasonable, you shouldn't get any warnings.

Example:

I HAVE 0! :D Lol, Imma good noodle! :D

I'm not trying to justify that warning, I'm just saying I have a lot of other warnings for dumb things. I didn't know it was 110 warnings, that changes a lot.

There should be no reason to get warnings, if you are logical about what you do, and don't cause any issues, there is no reasons to get those "Dumb warning points" that you don't want to get.

That's like speeding and saying "Urgh, I got this dumb ticket".

And yeah sure, there might be a lot of rules. Most of you guys don't know them all but they're mostly common sense.

Same goes for laws. There are so many of them and it's very unlikely even a cop knows them all however I think it's quite common sense to not kill people or drive into pedestrians. You don't need to know all laws for that.

I think the current warning system is totally arbitrary and is based on whether or not a moderator likes the person they are warning or what mood the moderator is in when he issues the warning.

I was told the system was going to be overhauled but it never seems to have been.

I've literally had a sb mod tell me they were going to warn me before but they were not in the mood at the time so I 100% agree with nara~kavi
