So I came across this thread looking at GammaNode. The website was not stolen, as it was made by Ethan H. for Gammanode, but are currently redoing the full website. Ethan H. was fired for his behavior and actions. The website was made for us before he was fired. Anything with Gammanode's name that was made during his time at Gammanode belongs to us. Personally I really don't care about the actions coming from Ethan H. If anyone wants to worry about things that happened at Gammanode, you may contact me privately at ([email protected]). Also if you want to solve the problem Ethan H, don't try to do it publicly on a forum.

You can't just say "I'm revoking". First of all you hadn't a licence and without one you cannot take any legal action.
Thanks ItsRandall, when he made the website he gave it to us. I am not one to publicly talk about issues like this but it is kinda childish. He never contacted me, I am the one who is over website and panel setup and design. I never seen a licence. He is just trying to make a public issue to stop the company. We are currently working to get everything fixed and solved. Thanks again,
It is intellectual property and I never sent him the website files. He completely mirrored site. Therefore, he should simply comply with my request and stop using the site.
If 1AmDev builds you a site and sets up a live demo, and you don't pay for the site and he says you can't use it. Does this mean that you can mirror the site and use it?
