Yes of course I manage a few YouTubers right now (They are my friends) they recommended me on doing this because I helped my friend rapidly grow from 45 subscribers to 115 subscribers but he quit minecraft and I’m yet to update any of his statistics in the discord until he uploads
With the staff Manager part it’s private and confidential and cannot be distributed right now.
I could put servers that I staffed on if wanted but the management part stays private.

So you have done work for a very small YouTuber and you have not been a manager on any Minecraft server. (If you say it is confidential that means it did not happen, because there is no reason that should be confidential)
I can’t tell you what I have and have not done but I can tell you this you’re trashing my thread so just because I don’t give you my management experience which I could include but it’s private doesn’t mean you can trash this thread.
Yes but most people like to know you previous experience so they can decide with you or the other managers here

It isn't thread trashing? I am asking for information that you should already have provided. There's no reason for it to be private, therefor it didn't happen. If you had a good reason to make it private, then I would understand. However there is not a single reason this should be private.

Asking for more information isn't trashing a thread. Experience is extremely basic information, and all owners who inquire about hiring will probably ask for it. You would be saving time and effort by putting it here. Furthermore, your refusal to give information on your experience will cause suspicion with people who would otherwise look into hiring you, and therefore I would implore you to reconsider such a position.
Your demeanor towards people who want simple, genuine information is disappointing. I would recommend showing more respect to those who may be looking to hire you, as if this continues, people will easily see qualities that they don't want in a staff manager and look elsewhere.
I won't argue with you about it, but my reputation is due to a miscommunication. I am simply attempting to save your chances here, and I believe you should reconsider; multiple people have told you the same thing that could improve your chances of being asked to work tenfold, and you choose to ignore this. I wish you luck in your endeavor, here, but I don't think you'll get far without definitive experience listed as well as the attitude you've exhibited here. Refusing to listen to somebody with a valid point because of a quite unreliable system is a quality that isn't something you want to have in your Staff Manager.

Meaning, you tell us what servers you have been staff on with detail. Information as basic as this should not be confidential and should already be put on the thread. Its practically what makes you stand out from the rest.
As a network owner, we're looking for managers, and we have specific candidates, where we check their experience, and their behaviour to criticism, which you, have shown the people viewing this thread, that you cannot handle basic information, requests and responses. I could basically say "oh, i owned a 300+ network and worked on hypixel" - without any solid proof of that, people will find you as untrustworthy and unreliable. If this is your first time, i highly suggest you go become a helper on some networks and gain some sort of experience.

For the last time I have a good reason for not adding it and if you want to know then fine; Those servers got shutdown the rest is private, I will not be giving info that I’d not necessary that’s what I will be saying.
