Manager for my development business

Hello MCM,

I am looking to start a plugin development business where I will be developing plugins. The only problem is managing a thread, talking to clients, creating the plugins, fixing problems is just too much work.

So, I have decided I will hire a manager to do all the "front-end" work.

What is the job exactly (Job description) ?

• Write / Design / Manage a thread.
• Advertise to potential clients.
• Talk to clients / understand what they want and pass it on to me.
• Before accepting a job, tell me the exact specifications and I will tell you the ultimate decision.
• Tell me everything that goes on

How much am I getting paid?

Though this may not sound very "delicious", you will get 10% of all profit I make. But remember, if you get 2 plugins for $5 each in 1 week, that is $2. And if that happens every week that is $8 per month. Plus, if you get a lot of sales, I will raise the commision.

Be careful who you get for this. A known developer around here got screwed over by his manager (the manager accepted far too many jobs which lead to scam reports and ultimately a ban).
