Job Summary
Blackbird Media is hiring a Manager of Operations & Finance to manage production pipeline and assist in assigning projects to Blackbird Media staff. You will also oversee all projects, and collaborate with your team lead to generate monthly pipeline reports that reflect earned revenue.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Ensure resource availability and allocation for each project
Monitor and track production progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
Report and escalate issues to management as needed
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
Use and continually develop leadership skills
Requirements
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Thorough understanding of techniques and technologies related to product rendering, and look development.
Minimum of 1-2 years experience required in game cinematography or high end commercial based work involving game design and/or project management.
