AuroraCraft - A small server from late 2013. I owned this server with my friend from school, and it ran for a solid 6 months or so before we had to shut it down due to financial reasons. The server featured a plethora of minigames including Survival Games, Parkour, and a PvP Arena.
Vanessa UHC - This server, created in mid-2016, was a Reddit UHC server. I was a Co-Owner on this server and managed all staff members. The server would host UHC games with different scenarios every so often, and we had thousands of people log in to it during the few months it was up. However, we had to shut it down for various reasons a few months after it's release.
Past servers setup/improved:
HG-Fun - A semi-decently sized server from mid-2014 featuring the Hunger Games minigame. Hunger Games is different from Survival Games in many ways, including no chests, able to break blocks and build stuff, and the ability to heal using soup. It was a true hardcore experience, and was first made popular by the server MCPvP. I was a Moderator on this server for a decent period of time, and learned how to accurately identify a variety of hacks used by people.
Hypixel - The largest Minecraft server in the world. I became a Helper on the Hypixel Network on March 20th of 2016. On November 25th of that same year I was granted the position of Moderator. During my 8 months of being a Helper, I answered questions, moderated chat, and relayed hacker reports to Moderators. I have answered thousands of questions for people on the network, and am still going strong today! Since being given the Moderator rank, I have become an expert in detecting any and all hacks used by players on the network. In addition, I work closely with many other staff members to make sure that our players are having a great time on the network. The player count on Hypixel can reach anywhere from 5,000-60,000 concurrent players (depending on date and time), with the record being 61,000+.

I'd like to note that Vice is a legit man. Just be ware that you must sign a contract! He doesn't seem to state this, but you'll be needing to sign a contract (I am guessing it's an NDA), though obviously it should be reasonable that he'd require this as this is gonna be a major server we're talking about here. He can't just go on about hiring people who may possibly end up destroying a server which I completely respect. I'd like to thank him for giving me the chance of joining the team, but due to certain restrictions (I am underaged, I can't sign contracts and my parents aren't fond of signing something that isn't related to their job) I can't do so. Some Of my weaknesses are: I am a can be a shy person sometimes, so I don't cause issues in chat or on ts. Past experience: I have worked for a bunch of tiny servers configuring factions, prison, mini-games, and a few sky block. I mostly do factions. I have worked for Lifelesspvp and a server Developer configuring both downloaded plugins and plugins made by our other devs. I have owned about 4 servers that were decently popular. I have spent most of my time configuring on my own servers practicing and making compatible plugins.

I have ones I have made that I bought and im, not the best coder but, I'm still learning the art but I have a couple that I've had assistance with making. I have my own database full of plugins for different uses.
Do you think you can work with custom-made plugins?: Yes, I can work with plugins that are made by the greatest and the weak. I mostly work with ones downloaded, but I can work for tiny servers that have their own devs that make plugins. I help the coders with bugs in their plugins and their configuration neatness (I find that without neatness it takes two times as long to get to the finished product).
What are your strengths and weaknesses?: I specialize in factions and prison. I have had about two years with factions configuration and prison on the side and the rest of the game modes. I'm a fast learner due to my interest in making the configuration to the best it can be. I can do almost anything with a factions server and it only takes a few weeks or days maybe less. I can make a server look grand and professional with plugins I find. I have folders on my PC (2 Terra bytes) full of plugins and the backup to each. However, I'm not the best in some areas, due to my lack of attention to that area. That doesn't mean I can't get it down in a few hours. I have extensive knowledge to the to all of the categories. Like I can improve in the categories of creative style.

Please explain how you would set up a creative plot server that gives out world edit to top voters and donors:
Let's use PlotSquared
"*" represents a variable
1. First, You set up the world the plots with multiverse (Multiworld can be used but it is extensive and harder to use).
If you use a plugin like plotsquared you would do /mv create plots normal -g PlotSquared:h=*,g=*
You can create the world then change it or do it from the start like Setting up the plots to the size and design of the plot and what it is made out of in the config or in game.
2. For donors, set it with the permissions plugin (zperm or pex or something)
/zperm group (group Name) set worldedit.wand
/pex group (group name) add worldedit.wand
3. Have a plugin like votifier be set up so when you vote "X" amount of times you receive the reward of a command or an object in the console. But, you would need to set up a revoker to take away the command when he/she has lost the top vote.
Note* You can change what blocks a player can place and can't place in the plots in the worldedit plugin if you cannot do it there you can do it in other plugins.

Im a very good listener and I take orders very well. This question bugs me and annoys me because People will exaggerate and lie. When they lie it's showing someone who is not themselves and will cause problems if they become staff. Also, that shows how immature and dishonest they are if they lie about questions like this. Even though this question bugs me I should answer it. Some Of my weaknesses are: I am a can be a shy person sometimes, so I don't cause issues in chat or on ts. Some of my strengths are: I have a lot of experience as a manager for a network, and I am active on ts and discord. I would love to make a video on how to file check to show the other staff members on how to do this process.

Past experience: I have worked for a bunch of tiny servers configuring factions, prison, mini-games, and a few sky block. I mostly do factions. I have worked for Lifelesspvp and a server Developer configuring both downloaded plugins and plugins made by our other devs. I have owned about 4 servers that were decently popular. I have spent most of my time configuring on my own servers practicing and making compatible plugins.

Are you capable of setting up spigot and bungee servers?: Yes, I mostly work with spigot and bungee servers. I use 1.8.8 spigot the most because I find it personally with the plugins I work with to be less glitchy and have fewer problems

How familiar are you with plugins that need to be used on servers?: I have extensive knowledge with a ton of plugins used for different things. I specialize in factions and prison. That doesn't mean I don't know how to work other types of servers. worked with all sorts of plugins. I have ones I have made that I bought and im, not the best coder but, I'm still learning the art but I have a couple that I've had assistance with making. I have my own database full of plugins for different uses.
Do you think you can work with custom-made plugins?: Yes, I can work with plugins that are made by the greatest and the weak. I mostly work with ones downloaded, but I can work for tiny servers that have their own devs that make plugins. I help the coders with bugs in their plugins and their configuration neatness (I find that without neatness it takes two times as long to get to the finished product).
What are your strengths and weaknesses?: I specialize in factions and prison. I have had about two years with factions configuration and prison on the side and the rest of the game modes. I'm a fast learner due to my interest in making the configuration to the best it can be. I can do almost anything with a factions server and it only takes a few weeks or days maybe less. I can make a server look grand and professional with plugins I find. I have folders on my PC (2 Terra bytes) full of plugins and the backup to each. However, I'm not the best in some areas, due to my lack of attention to that area. That doesn't mean I can't get it down in a few hours. I have extensive knowledge to the to all of the categories. Like I can improve in the categories of creative style.
Some Examples
Please explain how you would set up a creative plot server that gives out world edit to top voters and donors:
Let's use PlotSquared
"*" represents a variable
1. First, You set up the world the plots with multiverse (Multiworld can be used but it is extensive and harder to use).
If you use a plugin like plotsquared you would do /mv create plots normal -g PlotSquared:h=*,g=*
You can create the world then change it or do it from the start like Setting up the plots to the size and design of the plot and what it is made out of in the config or in game.
2. For donors, set it with the permissions plugin (zperm or pex or something)
/zperm group (group Name) set worldedit.wand
/pex group (group name) add worldedit.wand
3. Have a plugin like votifier be set up so when you vote "X" amount of times you receive the reward of a command or an object in the console. But, you would need to set up a revoker to take away the command when he/she has lost the top vote.
Note* You can change what blocks a player can place and can't place in the plots in the worldedit plugin if you cannot do it there you can do it in other plugins.

Lets start with zpermissions
*Based on a factions server scenario*
1. You would need to create the group (/zperm group (name) create) (Zperms is case sensitive)
2. You would make the prefix (/zperm group (name) prefix (prefix)
3. Then you would add any other details in the config
4. Then add permissions in essentials by doing on game or under the permissions column (/zperm group (group) set essentials.fly (example)
for non-essentials plugin you would uses (/zperm group (group) set playervaults.use true (true is optional)
5. The If needed or wanted you could add parents
6. To add a player to that group you would do (/zperm group (group) add (player name)
This is permissionsX (PEX) (after changing allowops)
I Think using Pex is the best form for thing involving ranks because other systems have glitches in the updating and being able to go past 1.7 (zperm) unless you update it yourself.
1. To create a group you would do /pex group (group name) create

Explaining Process:
For both of these plugins I would start with the first rank first so inheritance could work from there. I would make ranks according to the owner's needs and likes. Once finished I can start with staff rank with adding basic commands such as /warn (sperate plugin), /fly, /kick, ext. I would Then make prefixes to what I'm ordered to do or to what they suggest. Then I would work on the unique ranks. Such as Youtuber, Builder, and Developer. Thing like Youtuber might get /fly, /feed, /v, and commands that would make the YouTubers job easier and more efficient. Then for the builder, I would make it inherit a rank if needed like Helper or default. I would also add commands to the rank that would be necessary to perform their job. Like worldedit or any other plugins that would be added. For ranks that get all in game perms but are not opped you set * which give the rank all perms. Say that a rank got all perms except /stop I could do /pex group (group name) add bukkit.command.stop false to take away that perm from the *. As the staff ranks go up they would inherit the ranks from lower ranks and additional ones that would be suited from the rank.

Yes, I'm a 15-year-old Boy from Central California! I have good grades in English. I can speak a bit of Spanish too. I don't have a lot of references because of the servers I worked for shut down, but please don't let that get in the way. I would love to show you my capabilities in the game before you say no. I can code a bit but not too much. When I'm working for people I like to do a lot of my testing on test servers I make so I don't risk messing something up or change something I'm not supposed to. Im a very good listener and I take orders very well. I was staff on a server called Timelesspvp (Factions)for about 5 months I was Helper/Mod and did really well with player management, helping players, and following directions. I was also staff on a Hcf server called Pots.gg (Hcf). I've been staff on some small mini-games servers and small sky block. I have never been staff on a big prison server. I have just made my own and it didn't work out due to lack of funding and promotion. I have had my own staff team and have worked with big staff teams. I love interacting with players and staff members to make the best product. I know how to use file zilla and how to teach other people how to use it. I can also make forums, Discord, and TeamSpeak servers I love to do this as a hobby so I get projects done in a quick and working matter.

Yes, but he then proceeded to add extra information which wasn't asked for, just to make his look better and more appealing. Which is kinda unfair on those of us who applied correctly.
Well once again I still think it is fair if i was hiring somebody for $500 A month I would want to know all of there skills and experience and to anybody that does apply you also have the ability to add more things seeing that some people did not just shows that either they dont go above and beyond to prove themselves worthy.
The server owner did not ask for this information, he just added for filler purposes.
