Hello Mc-Market Managers,

Looking for a manager for an upcoming network of mine. Do not worry about the name or anything of that nature. Its going to be a fairly large server as I am going to buy a few slots back to back. The game modes will have factions, prison, skyblock, a custom gamemode, and more to come. Ill list the requirements.

Requirements

• Advanced configuration skills
• Community management
• Is able to apply updates and such
• Dedicated to this project alone
• Can allocated many hours a week
• Sign a contract

Reading some of these posts gave me a good laugh. I find it quite funny how many people come here only for the pay and don't actually do the research regarding the position, legal contracts, or even Vice as an individual.

First of all it clearly states in the original post that you would be required to sign a legal contract. For those of you that waltz in here an expect to just ignore this rule and hope it doesn't apply for you or just try and get around it, that's pathetic. That just proves how inexperienced half of you are. Secondly, I have noticed that many of you are currently working for several very large minecraft projects yet you decided to apply for another massive one. It's so obvious that this position requires numerous hours of dedication, do you really expect to complete your entire workload for Vices network while also being employed at 3 other companies? Lastly, it's pitiful how many of you ignore the fact that an numerous occasions Vice clearly asked for all business and applications be dealt with on this thread and not in pms. Yet, several of you decide to make responses revolving around a private form of contact! No wonder Minecraft Managers have such a bad reputation.

Overall, Vice is an extremely business oriented individual and you will not regret hopping on board with what he has going on. But please, if you won't take the time out of your day to actually research all the necessary information, don't waste his time.

Please note, my ranting does not apply to everyone and it is 100% my own opinion. Even though my opinion is correct.

I saw you already picked someone, but I'm going to post my application anyways so in the case you don't like the man that you picked, I could be a candidate for that.

Age: 17, (18 years old in 16 days).

Past management positions: (I only mentioned the networks that it had impact, I opened more servers in hamachi, etc in 2012, but obviously, without hosting anything, just I was doing servers because that's what I like to do, and seeing how I could improve).

• Iceland (120-200 players). I made that network basically in 2013-2014 with the help of my co-owner, but he just hide some youtubers for free, and we grew very fast in some months, I had to close it in six months cause of the co-owner, that he decided to just leave it to the effort he had to do every single day, we are friends irl so, I basically left it with him to start another project in 2016 summer with him.

• Overmc (800-850 players). Started it in the summer of 2016, in only six months, we grew it to 820 players approximately, this network had a very good start, in only a few months, grew to that quantity of users, isn't easy in my opinion. Obvious, we worked so hard in these six months to get all the things that we had, like free youtubers of 600k, 1kk.. In January of 2016, the co-owner left the network again cause of the studies, I decided to continue it alone, until I had to sell it in February. The reason that I had to sell it was simple, had a problem with paypal and couldn't pay the three dedicated servers, web, basically, anything, paypal blocked my account cause I was under 18 years old, so they took like 2 months for pay the quantity that I had in my account, so I couldn't spend it, just receive money. You can search "Overmc" in youtube before selling it "2015-2016".

Past servers setup/improved: Mentioned all in the "Past management positions" section. Obviously, I was staff member in some networks, but I wanted to know my hard works instead of only being a staff member of other network that you don't own.

Also, you can see my PM, I sent you some photos of the web page that we were doing for that project, with rss for xenforo/twitter, search engine, mysql stats, profiles, etc..

I have to say that isn't easy to grow a network to 850 players, also, my new project are very well done, anyways, you could take a look like I told you. I didn't mention this for swank, just, see a network with a vanity system, synchronized with the level system, mystery boxes synchronized with the level system/vanity system too.. isn't common to see in small networks "in this case, in a project".

Thank you to everyone who applied. After viewing almost 200 applications [Yes that many], I have finally found the man. I placed him under multiple tests, he figured my style very quick and is such a friendly individual.

Contracts went through with no problems, all notarized, lawyers found no problems and we are all set. Appreciate all the applicants taking time out of their days to apply here, it means a bunch.

Let us see what the future holds.
