LOOOL 25 AND PLAYING MINECRAFT
Minecraft is a fairly fun game for a lot of different ages, the game is proven to help with mental problems so why not play it? what is wrong with playing this?, these are rhetorical questions so please do not respond since this is not the topic of the post.
But really, just let the guy alone and let him play his game, according to your profile you are 17, which is only 8 years difference with the guy anyway. Mature up.
Do you think that all the popular servers like Mineplex, Hypixel, GotPvP etc. are ran by 12 year olds?...

Past management positions:I've practically been my own boss ever since I can remember. I make 1-2 servers a year, with a few months of development into them.

Each server took me a good 1-2 months to develop but with Hydra Factions it took me a good 4 months. It was never released to to lack of funding from my part.
On each server I practically did everything, setup buycraft, setup a myBB website, create a advertisement video, recruit staff, etc...

I have managed various servers (however, they are somewhat unknown now). The most known server I have managed was WrathPvP, after suggesting a few things, and helping out the owner of the server in many ways, I climbed to a management position. Wrath had over 50 players daily. However, as you may notice, I am the manager of a factions server WonderCraft. This has been my hardest work. I have incorporated everything unique I could possibley bring into it, and plan to bring in so many more unique boss/gamemode ideas. Check out WonderCraft, it has been open for about ~5 weeks, and it has been probably my greatest work yet (10-25 players on all the time).

Like I listed above, I have improved both WrathPvP and the current server I am managing.
I also bring my own developer and builder, two people I have worked with since I started playing minecraft. They are both extremely qualified for the positions, however its your choice to add them on, I can just offer their free help. If you would like to know some of the unique factions ideas I have, message me. I encourage you to join my server and check out my builders work, as well as my work I've spent on the server for the past few days.
(if you are worried I will spend more time on my own server, it is fine, as I am working on its last big update incorporating an entire new PvP, and after that I am done editing the server. Also keep in mind, I am not the owner, I have someone to manage it without me)

Vouch for Vice, we talked for a while, went through multiple tests and trials and I was about to be contracted but due to some contract issues I couldn't continue, however Vice dealt with the situation very professionally and even took the liberty to train me in regards to Linux. Would recommend working with him.
