Devouch. He contacted me, and gave me a task. I asked him some questions, he responded. I then asked him to give me something thats a little bit more challenging than his task of "reword the word Rare to Ultra and make the color scheme pink". He responded saying I'm insulting him and I questioned him too much,

I'm not really in the place to comment on this but, if you're employer were to ask you to do a specific job, you're supposed to do it. Not ask for something else.
And complaining afterwards doesn't look any better. You got denied bud, let it go.
I was clarifying what he wanted me to do. At first he worded it really weirdly, so I asked him what it meant, then realizing it was a task that could take 5 seconds, I asked him if thats really what he wanted me to do, because I was unsure

My name is Rylan (RizzyRy), I'm a 19 year old "Business Management" university student from Canada (I can show proof of my enrolment if needed.). My previous experience in this field of minecraft servers dates back many years. When I first started me first ever minecraft server "DivinePVP". This server was fairly successful considering that it was my first server I have ever opened to the public. It soon shut down because of a salty admin and his access to delete all files (Stupid young me didn't save a backup). My second server was VexCloud. I was the original owner and founder of Vex. It was my pride and joy and it was fairly successful. Than I sold it. But than I bought it back for cheaper than I sold it for.
I ran VexCloud again for about a year, than I sold it again. It was an insane setup and the name was fairly known around parts of the community. Now I'm here today looking to join a new project. I'm not in this for the money but I am in it because I know that you are being serious about this and I would love to join you in any way shape or form. So here's my application.

Past servers: DivinePVP, VexCloud, I can't even remember the other ones I've assisted in. (Sorry about that)

Having a 7 - 3 Monday through Friday and sometimes Saturday job hopefully puts me apart from others. I know exactly what is being looked for when tasks need to be completed and my attendance is pungent.

Past management positions: I have had the Helper rank on play.velocity-mc.com for about 6 months before resigning. It had an average of 300 players when I was staff on their server. I also worked on my friends server (which isn't currently up) which got me some good experience to join velocity. I gained a lot of crucial experience from working on there server and devoting all my free time I had into it. Before velocity I was staff on caged up, and we merged with velocity, I will put a file screenshot of the website.
Past servers setup/improved:I put a lot of my time into my staff role and I take my job seriously. I have been in charge of training helpers that had little to no experience. I was in charge of there twitter and their old YouTube channel (because I have my own). I know how to handle forums extremely well. I handled Player Reports, Ban / Mute Appeals, Nickname requests, and occasionally Helper Applications. In 2015 I began working for the network known as MCSG (MCGamer Network). I began as a Moderator, progressed to Senior Moderator, and then received Administrator just before the closure of the network in 2016. It was a massive position to take on, I was responsible for over 200 active Staff Members and I also was tasked with reading through Support Tickets and handling users with the VIP rank (MCSG equivalent of Hypixel's [YT]).
Finally, for a few months at the end of 2016 and beginning of 2017, I was the Head Community Administrator and Head of Staff for a Factions Network known as Optical Network. This network averaged around 150 and I was responsible for handling all support tickets, punishment appeals, and staff abuse reports. Additionally, all bug reports came to me and anything that is non-code related, I would handle and fix myself. Anything actually Java related I would pass to the Development Team.
Past servers setup/improved: Optical Network. I built the server up and gave it a strong base again. It had a struggling staff team and a playerbase that was falling apart due to the Admin inactivity. After I came in, I replaced the inactive admins as one main general question Administrator.
