Key Responsibilities;

• Communicate on behalf of the project with all stakeholders
  
  
• Lead the development of the project’s short term and long-term strategy
  
  
• Creating and implementing the project’s vision and mission
  
  
• Evaluating the work of other members of the team
  
  
• Setting strategic goals, ensuring they are SMART
  
  
• Chairs all meetings of Senior Management
  
  
• Budgeting and Financing, including forecast
  
  
• Assist in hiring further members of the project's team
  
  
• Tend to every need of the project as needed
  

Pre-Requisites;

• Must have a reasonable amount of time to devote to the project and it's success
  
  
• Must have experience in BETA testing and Project Management
  
  
• Must have worked in a management position on a similar Minecraft Server/Network
  
  
• Must have atleast basic knowledge and understanding of Minecraft Server Development
  
  
• Must have excellent communication, time management and team management skills
  
  
• Must be a Self Motivated individual with a drive for high standards
  

Desirable Criteria; *any of these criteria may be applied as needed.

• Atleast 16 years of age as at November 2021
  
  
• Professional discord and social media presence
  
  
• UK or US based
